Chain Reaction Installation at Susan B. Anthony Middle School

This was the culmination of a two month residency at the Susan B. Anthony Middle School, as we explored the concepts of Sequence, Rhythm and Change as they occur in our daily life and through transformation in the arts.  I worked with 7th and 8th grade art classes in a process to heighten their awareness to the rhythms and patterns of the natural world and to translate their observations into form, color and design.
